We currently make Lemon and Lime Curd. Curds are a zesty, sweet and creamy addition to any tea! Use them as you would use jams.

Lemon Curd

This traditional British favorite is served at tea along with jam. Curd is a fruit spread that similar to the filling for lemon meringue pie, but richer, like a spread-able custard. Lemon Curd is delicious on scones, shortbread, in crepes, Trifle or Pavlova or on anything that you might put jam or custard on. All our curds are made with fresh California citrus from local growers. There are no fillers or thickeners used, just the juice, zest, eggs, butter and sugar. No preservatives or additives of any kind are used and the resulting taste is bright, creamy and delicious. Our curds have a three-month shelf life and must be refrigerated after opening.

Described by my teenagers, as "A lime party in your mouth" Lime curd is refreshing and delicious.
