Our traditional Scottish Shortbread cookies melt in your mouth. Made by hand, these shortbread cookies are the style you would be served in a private home in Scotland. Flaky and delicious these are softer and more flavorful than Walkers. Made with only butter, sugar & flour, kneaded to a fine consistency and baked in clay trays, this shortbread is light and not too sweet. Perfect with our imported teas or coffee.There are no preservatives of any kind in our Shortbread. It will keep at least 4 weeks on your counter, if you don't eat it first! McLaren's can be frozen and kept for 6 months and then thawed at room temperature when you are ready to serve it. McLaren's Original Scottish Shortbread is baked fresh and shipped Priority Mail to be sure it arrives to you as fresh as possible, but don't worry, it is so delicious that the box will be empty long before the 30 days pass! 1 1/2 pounds - approximately 32 pieces.
