Description

Since we feel that Scones should be enjoyed the day they are made, we sell an easy packaged mix to be baked at home. You only have to add three additional fresh ingredients. (1 egg yolk, 5 tablespoons of butter and one cup of sour cream) This mix bakes up light and fluffy, to yield 8 large or 16 medium scones. You can add your own dried fruit, nuts or whatever suits your fancy, to personalize your mix.They are delicious with our curds and jams. Packaged in a beautiful velvet gift bag, this mix is sire to please the most discriminating chef. ( colors may vary)
