Description

This new flavor of a traditional British favorite is a smooth and subtle companion to traditional lemon or Lime Curd. Orange curd is made from the juice of fresh squeezed Valencia oranges and is refreshing and delicious. Served at tea. Curd is a fruit spread that similar to the filling for Key Lime pie, but richer and more like a spread-able custard. Orange Curd is delicious on scones, shortbread, in crepes, trifle or Pavlova or on anything that you might put jam or custard on. All our curds are made with fresh California citrus from local growers. There are no fillers or thickeners used, Just the juice, zest, eggs, butter and sugar. No preservatives or additives of any kind are used and the resulting taste is bright, creamy and delicious. Our curds have a three-month shelf life and must be refrigerated after opening.
