This fruited wine jam is the blend of Summer raspberries from the height of the season and a smooth, rich Merlot. Our wine jams are not traditionally breakfast jams, but are meant to be served with savory dishes and cheeses. "SUMMER SOLSTICE" makes a great pairing with sharp Cheddar Cheese, over a Brie or cream cheese, as a baste for red meats, or even a glaze for roasting winter veggies!

Cabernet Blackberry Jam,This dark and rich wine jam is made with Cabernet and , sweet Blackerries from Oxnard, this jam makes a great pairing with bold cheeses, or try baking a Brie and letting the jar of Midnight Tryst melt over it.

This dark and rich wine jam is made with Cabernet and soft, sweet Blackberries from Oxnard, a wonderful combination this jam makes a great pairing with bold cheeses, or try baking a Brie and letting the jar of Midnight Tryst melt over it ....after you take the cheese from the oven... mmm mmm , heavenly! This wine Jam is a wonderful glaze for a roast beef or pork, Use 1/2 jar , warmed over the top of the roast in last 30 minutes of cooking and baste the remaining jam when you remove the roast from the oven. Combined jam with drippings makes an awesome gravy.
