Our shortbread cookies melt in your mouth. Made with only butter, sugar & flour, kneaded to a fine consistency, this shortbread is light, delicious and not too sweet,. There are no preservatives of any kind in our Shortbread and we recommend a shelf life of 14 days on your counter. McLaren's can be frozen and kept for 6 months and then thawed at room temperature when you are ready to serve it.
