Traditional Scone Mix

Since we feel that Scones should be enjoyed the day they are made, we sell an easy packaged mix to be baked at home. You only have to add three additional fresh ingredients. (1 egg yolk, 5 tablespoons of butter and one cup of sour cream) This mix bakes up light and fluffy, to yield 8 large or 16 medium scones. You can add your own dried fruit, nuts or whatever suits your fancy, to personalize your mix.They are delicious with our curds and jams.

Maple Scone Mix

This Scone mix is sweetened with only Pure Granulated Maple Sugar. The maple sugar is made fresh at the Severance Maple Sugar Farm in Massachusetts from Pure Maple Syrup! Light and delicious these scones complete your breakfast or afternoon tea. The mix includes additional Pure Maple Sugar for glazing the scones. Mmm mmm good! Instructions are in the bag. You only have to add three additional fresh ingredients, (1 egg yolk, 5 tablespoons of butter and one cup of sour cream), add chopped pecans for an even more decadent treat. This mix bakes up light and fluffy, to yield 8 large or 16 medium scones. They are delicious with our curds and jams.
