Made with local ripe peaches, fashioned into jam at the height of their flavor. This is the taste of summer from years gone by, when peaches came for only a brief season - at the end of the summer. Ingredients: Fresh peaches, Pure Cane sugar, pectin, Lemon Juice, Lemon zest, a pinch of cinnamon, a splash of vanilla and a touch of butter.
