Have eaten the Pirate rum jam in past and we love the taste and texture. Adds a tang to toast. The shortbreads are always deliciously wonderful, never change recipe, unless for the better. The shortbread and ginger lassies were wonderful as they always are. These went to our daughter as we could not be with her for Easter. I had not realized that she had never had the ginger lassies.
